On Thursday December 17th 2020 between 12:00 PM NAEST and 2:00 PM NAEST we will be performing additional updates to the mobile app infrastructure.

During the maintenance window there will be times where the mobile app is unable to connect to the ClubRunner platform. In most cases you should be able to continue to use the mobile app, as it should switch to an offline mode. In some cases you may not be able to access the app, or perform a refresh to update the app.

No action is required on your part to complete this update.

Once the updates are finished, the mobile app will start operating normally. In the unlikely event you do run into any difficulties after the maintenance window, please contact the support team.
